This herbal tincture is designed to be taken orally, straight or mixed with water.

1 - 5 drops on top of the tongue is sufficient for a pre meal digestive bitters.

For pain and sleep, start with half a dropper full and increase or decrease as desired.

Can be applied topically for muscle pain, nausea, headaches and skin infections.

Care Instructions

Store all products out of direct heat and sunlight.
Shake oils well before use. Some sediment is normal. Do not ingest.
To extend the shelf life of your hydrosols, keep them in the fridge.
Always ensure clean hands before dipping into salve pot to avoid contamination.
Suppositories are best kept in the freezer.
