Adults - take 2 droppers every 2-3 hours while unwell with chesty cough or cold.

Kids >1 - take 1 dropper full as above.

For general immune support take 2 - 3 x day.

Care Instructions

Store all products out of direct heat and sunlight.
Shake oils well before use. Some sediment is normal. Do not ingest.
To extend the shelf life of your hydrosols, keep them in the fridge.
Always ensure clean hands before dipping into salve pot to avoid contamination.
Suppositories are best kept in the freezer.
